Booking system for billiards: reserve tables online

Pool, snooker and carom get their own occupancy plan, their own prices and their own booking flow in OpenBowling – in the same system as your bowling lanes, or without any bowling at all.

Billiards works differently from bowling

At a billiard table, what counts is the table and the time, not the number of players. That is why the billiards booking does not ask for a number of people and charges purely by table and duration. Your guests choose the table type, the date and the time and book in a few steps.

The billiards module is a separate area with its own settings. Bowling is not affected by it. A pure billiard hall uses OpenBowling just like a bowling center with a few tables in a side room.

What the billiards module does

  • A separate occupancy plan for all tables, updated in real time for the whole team.
  • Table types pool, snooker and carom, each with its own price.
  • Online reservations via your booking page; the guest picks the table type in the very first step.
  • Its own time grid and playing durations, configured separately from bowling.
  • Recurring bookings for clubs and regular players.
  • A direct link that takes guests straight to the billiards booking.

One venue, several offers

If your center has lanes and tables, guests see both on the same booking page and first choose what they want to play. Darts and shuffleboard tables run in this area as well. You maintain prices, opening hours and the booking overview in one place.
