Online booking: lane reservations around the clock
With OpenBowling your center gets its own booking page. Guests see available times and prices, book by themselves and receive their confirmation right away – even at night and on closed days.
Fewer phone calls, more bookings
Many reservations are made in the evening on the couch, when nobody at the center answers the phone or the front desk is busy. A booking page takes these requests without anyone on the team having to do anything.
The page belongs to your center: link to it from your website, your Google Business Profile and social media, or embed it directly in your website.
What guests see on the booking page
- Available start times as tiles, with price and a traffic light for utilization.
- The total price before submitting, separately for adults and children or teenagers.
- A choice of equipment: lanes with bumpers, VIP lanes or step-free access.
- Other offers of your venue such as duckpin, soccer bowling or billiards as separate tiles.
- The whole flow in German or English, on a phone just as on a computer.
What happens automatically
- Closed days and taken slots are blocked.
- Large groups get several lanes next to each other.
- The booking only becomes binding once the guest has confirmed their email address via a link.
- The guest receives a confirmation with booking code, QR code and calendar entry.
- A reminder goes out 24 hours before the appointment.
- Guests cancel by themselves up to 24 hours in advance; a deposit is refunded according to your rule.
You stay in control
You decide how far in advance guests may book, in which time grid start times are offered and which playing durations are available. If an evening gets too busy, you pause online booking with one click – optionally until a fixed time and with a note for your guests.
Every online booking appears immediately in your team's lane plan. For more binding reservations you can require a deposit via PayPal or Stripe.
